She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Providence College and later obtained her Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Pace University. Erika completed her clinical training at Westchester Medical Center, where she developed a strong interest in gastroenterology. Since then, she has worked extensively within a gastroenterology practice, providing specialized nutrition services for a variety of digestive disorders.
Personally living with Celiac Disease, Erika offers a unique perspective and empathetic care, fully understanding the challenges of managing a chronic condition.
