Tips for First-Time DDW Attendees

We are developing an article for Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) 2026 that offers practical, insider tips — especially for trainees and early career attendees — on how to navigate the meeting, build meaningful professional connections, and make the most of their time on‑site. We welcome your advice on preparing for DDW, networking effectively, and identifying can’t‑miss opportunities throughout the event. Selected tips will be featured in content shared by the DDW sponsoring societies and highlighted on DDW News.

Requirements: 

• Has attended Digestive Disease Week® (DDW) at least once as a student, trainee, or resident.
